You Can Now Access Your Pet's Records From Home!
Thank you for trusting us to be your partner in your pet's health. We are delighted you are part of our family at Cedarcrest Animal Hospital. Beyond providing personalized veterinary care, we offer you two options to view your pet's medical info 24/7 and contact us to request appointments or prescription refills.
Through our mobile PetPage app or online portal, you can easily:

View scheduled appointments
Request an appointment time
Request a prescription refill
Accessing Online Patient Portal (not on the smartphone app):
You can access your pet health records without a smartphone by clicking here. You will need to sign up before logging in.
PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to use the email address on file at the hospital as your username. Please contact us if you have trouble logging in!
PetPage Mobile App Instructions:
Download the mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store by clicking one of the links below (you must be using your mobile phone in order to install the application).

After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone click the "sign up" button on the home page of the app. Enter your email address, choose a password and click the blue sign-up button. You must use the email address on file at Cedarcrest Animal Hospital.
You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. (Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.)
On the home page, you will find buttons that will dial the hospital directly, pull up directions, e-mail the hospital, link to our website and online store, as well as the contact information to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital, Cobb Emergency Veterinary Clinic.
Along the bottom of the app, you'll see the home button as well as Pets, Appointments, Reminders, and Requests.
On this page, you'll find all of your pets listed that are current patients with us. After you select an individual pet, you'll find:
The ability to attach a photo - either from your gallery or you can take a new picture.
A button for a Pet ID Card
Information about your pet - Name, Species, Birthday
A list of your pet's appointment dates and times
A list of reminders
Your pet's prescription history. You can request a refill from here or under the requests tab.
Appointments and Reminders
By selecting these tabs, you'll be able to see a complete list of appointments and reminders from all of your pets.
Here you will be able to request an appointment, prescriptions, products, and information updates for any of your pets. You'll also be able to view your request history.
Our patient portal and mobile app help make caring for your pet easier than ever! Along with the ability to manage appointments and refills, you'll also find that the menu also contains important announcements, the ability to personalize your profile and notifications, and so much more.
